Resume Check

A Resume Check is a practise of determining discrepancies between the information declared by the applicant on the Application Form at the time of on-boarding and the Resume provided by the candidate at the time of interview. The information declared by the applicant in both these documents is analysed and any discrepancies or variance are highlighted to the client. A Resume Check is undertaken primarily to ascertain if the candidate had an intent to mislead or hide information from the employer at the interview stage.
