Role:-

My role is to conduct research work on newly assigned cases to the associates and gather data from primary source of information, analyzing and organising the same into contact database management for the necessary action. Being a part of GCC Operations, I am also responsible for cracking Gulf based checks.

Ongoing Journey:-

I have joined as an Employment Screening Verification Specialist in the company and I was offered a role to be a member of GCC Operations soon. Being a GCC Operations Member, I got the opportunity to make a professional relationship with HR officials in India as well as in Gulf Countries. I have also got the opportunity to work as a Research Associate to provide helpful information to the associates in cracking the verifications.

Cooperative Nature and Positive Environment of the company motivates me at the job.

Role:-

To draft & check the screening reports produced by the verifications team indeed meet the quality standard set by the company. Responsible for timely delivery of reports to clients. Need to use analytical skills to analyse the findings of an individual's background. Provide feedback to the verifications team on the standard of the report produced. Need to follow up with the verifications team in case reports go on hold during quality check. Need to follow client directives on the report formats. Maintain up to date tracker on the status of reports produced, delivered to client & on hold reports. Maintain up to date invoice tracker of the reports delivered to clients. Responsible for coordinating with the operations team in case of client request for clarification / amendments in the report & delivering the same to client as per their expectations. Generating list of pending reports from the verifications team & informing the team on a daily basis. Following up with the verifications team on pending reports. Generating list of total reports produced end of every business day. Addressing / training the operations team on regular intervals on reports front do's & don’ts / amendments in the reports formats etc.

Ongoing Journey:-

I joined as Report Quality Check Associate in the company. I learned from team APS to be punctual and disciplined during work. Friendly environment of the office motivates me to work with positive attitude.

People find me to be an self- motivated, energetic and a positive person. There's a direct correlation between positive energy and positive results in the physical form. That's why I start my day in office with positivity and make sure people around me get the vibes too. Here in APS, I've learnt a lot of things and made good friends. My mantra for a "happy work life" is doing your work with full dedication along with a touch of fun.

My Internship at Absolute People Screen Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Intern has taught me more than I could have imagined. It is like finally getting your foot in the door in a place where you have wanted to work - the feeling is indescribable.

More or less, it has also prepared in the number of ways from office etiquette to working with deadlines.

This has been truly a great learning experience and I'll be forever indebted to those from whom I received immense amount of cooperation during the training.
