Employment Details Check
An Employment Details Check is conducted by contacting the HR department of the previous company. As a part of the Employment Details Check we get the HR to verify the following aspects of a candidate’s employment with the company: Place of Employment, Employee Code, Date of Birth, Dates of Employment, Designation, Salary, Name & Designation of Supervisor (as per HR records), Employment Status, Reason for Leaving, Eligibility for Rehire, Performance or Integrity Issues (if any), Status of Full & Final Settlement, etc. The response is usually received via email and we supply a copy of this response to the client in the screening report.
