Criminal Record Check : Verbal

In the geographic region that we operate in, the police or the law enforcement agency at times releases the information about a candidate's Criminal Record either via phone or during an in person meeting. When a client has specially specified that the response has to be attained verbally our researchers contact the law enforcement and solicit a verbal response. A verbal response will contain all the details including the name, designation and telephone of the law enforcement official interviewed and in case of a match will also contain the details of the case. Where a verbal response is not possible we do advise the client that the only option is to procure the response in writing.
