Candidate Chasing

Applicant Chasing is not a verification or a screening service. If clients choose for us to chase applicants we essentially ensure that we get the applicants to fill in the screening forms, coordinate with applicants related to additional documents or information needed to seamlessly ensure the completion of screening. Applicant Chasing ensures that the Turnaround Time associated with initiating screening, resolving insufficiencies is kept to a minimum and ensures faster completion of a case. In addition to this, it takes the admin burden off the HR’s shoulders by ensuring that the HR point of contact does not have to go back and forth between the candidate and the screening company as it relates to fulfilment of insufficient information.
